U-Ming secures 10-year charters for four bulker newbuildings

Taiwanese shipowner U-Ming Marine Transport Corporation has been awarded a 10-year time charter contract by UK-based global mining company Anglo American.

A fleet of four LNG dual-fuel, 190,000DWT bulk carriers will support the charter following their delivery in 2023.

The vessels will be built by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding.
