Scorpio Bulkers Ultramax pair sold for US$35 million

Scorpio Bulkers has entered into an agreement to sell two Ultramax vessels in its fleet to an unaffiliated third party.

The 2015-built SBI Leo (pictured) and SBI Lyra have been sold for approximately US$35 million in aggregate.

Delivery of the vessels to their new owners is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2021.
