Roll Group forms heavy lift JV with Saudi Arabia’s FTE

Netherlands-based the Roll Group has formed a new joint venture company with Saudi Arabia-based FTE Heavylift.

The joint venture will engage in heavy lift transportation, installation, and marine works for the Saudi Arabia Market. The Roll Group and FTE heavylift divisions will integrate and operate as one company in Saudi Arabia.

The new company will be called Roll FTE with the aim of providing end-to-end factory to foundation solutions. It will be based in Dammam with operational yards in Jubail, Dammam, Jeddah, and Rabigh.
