Nova Marine acquires two bulkers from Swire China

Switzerland-based shipowner Nova Marine Carriers has confirmed the purchase of two 39,000DWT bulk carriers presently owned by the Swire China Navigation Group of Hong Kong.

The ships were built in 2013 and 2014, respectively, and will join the 80-strong Nova Marine fleet. The deliveries will take place in the coming days.

The recently purchased vessels will be renamed Sider Athena and Sider Evamaria.
