Kawasaki delivers bulk carrier Royal Orion

Kawasaki Heavy Industries delivered a new bulk carrier to Panama-registered shipping company Leo Ocean on Friday, April 24.

Named Royal Orion, the vessel has an LOA of 199.9 metres, a moulded beam of 32.24 metres, a draught of 13 metres, a deadweight of 61,170 tonnes, and a total cargo capacity of 77,539 cubic metres.

One MAN B&W 6S50ME-B9.5 8,130kW main engine delivers a speed of 14.5 knots.
