Kawasaki delivers 208,000DWT bulker to Kumiai Navigation

Azul Harmony

Kawasaki Heavy Industries has delivered a new 208,000DWT bulk carrier to Japanese shipowner Kumiai Navigation.

Named Azul Harmony, the vessel was completed at the facilities of Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering (NACKS) in Nantong, China.

The newbuild has an LOA of 299 metres, a moulded beam of 50 metres, a moulded draught of 18.4 metres, and a total hold capacity of 227,313 cubic metres. One MAN B&W 6G70ME-C9.2 15,250kW diesel engine delivers a speed of approximately 14.7 knots.

Azul Harmony will sail under the Singaporean flag.
