JMU delivers bulk carrier to Norway’s BTG

Japan Marine United (JMU) recently delivered a new bulk carrier to Norwegian shipowner Bulk Trading Group (BTG).

Named BTG Ulriken, the Liberian-flagged newbuild has an LOA of 229 metres, a beam of 32.26 metres, a draught of 14.57 metres, a deadweight of 82,456 tonnes, and space for 25 crew.

One MAN-B&W 6S60ME-EGRBP main engine delivers a speed of 14.5 knots.
