Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard launched a cargo ship from its Chinese shipyard on June 29.
TY Merry is the fifth vessel being built in a series for its Korean owner. Its sister ship, TY Lucky, was delivered a day earlier.
The 3,700DWT ship is 83.4 metres long and 14 metres wide with a depth of 5.5 metres and a 5.8 metre draught.
