Jiangsu Hantong delivers bulk carrier Aquavita Sol to Nisshin

Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry handed over a new 82,000DWT bulk carrier to Japanese shipowner Nisshin on Monday, March 16.

The BV-classed Aquavita Sol has an LOA of 229 metres, a moulded beam of 32.26 metres, and a depth of 20.05 metres. It is a near identical sister vessel of Vincent Trader and Aquavita Sea, which currently operate as part of the Nisshin fleet.

Aquavita Sol was designed by Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute (SDARI).
