Ingram Barge to acquire assets of two Houston-based inland shipping companies
Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee, through wholly-owned subsidiary Houston Fleeting Services, has entered into an agreement to acquire the business assets of two inland shipping companies based in Houston, Texas.
The agreement covers the tugs and barges owned by Cheryl K and San Jacinto River Fleet, two companies that operate primarily within the Houston area and along the Gulf Coast.
The acquisition is expected to be finalised by the end of the month.
