Diana Shipping signs time charter contract with Koch

Diana Shipping, through a wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Singapore-based Koch Shipping for the 77,901DWT Panamax dry bulk vessel Ismene.

The gross charter rate is US$12,125 per day, minus a five per cent commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum January 1, 2020 up to maximum March 31, 2020.

The charter commenced on Wednesday, December 12.
