Diana Shipping inks time charter contract with Oldendorff
Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Oldendorff Carriers of Germany for the Capesize dry bulk vessel Sideris GS.
The gross charter rate is US$12,700 per day, minus a five per cent commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum October 15, 2020, up to maximum December 31, 2020.
The charter commenced on Sunday, March 8.
