Noble Group sells Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier

The Noble Group has signed a MOA with Transmed Shipping for the sale of a Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier vessel.

The 2014-built Ocean Ambition was sold for US$23.415 million, which is US$700,000 above the vessel's above the book value.

Ocean Ambition has a length of 229 metres, breadth of 32.28 metres and deadweight of 82,000 tonnes. It has a gross tonnage of 44,855 tonnes.

Noble intends to charter back the vessel on a time charter basis.
