GoodBulk sells one ship, acquires two more

GoodBulk has entered into an agreement to sell one of its Supramax bulk carriers to Suisse Bulkers for US$20 million.

The 61,465DWT Aquapride, was built by Imabari Shipbuilding in 2012.

The vessel is expected to be delivered to its new owner between September and November 2018.

Separately, on July 27, GoodBulk acquired two Capesize vessels, 2011 and 2012 built, of approximately 180,000DWT for an aggregate price of US$68.3 million.

The vessels are expected to be delivered into its fleet by 30 September.
