S’hail adds panamax bulker pair to Baumarine pool
Qatar-based S’hail Shipping recently added two of its panamax vessels to the Baumarine bulk carrier pool under Norway’s Torvald Klaveness.
The 2006-built S’hail al Rayan and the 2005-built S’hail al Dukhan are the fourth and fifth vessels overall to join the Baumarine pool, which also consists of another S’hail-owned bulk carrier and two post-panamax vessels from China’s Cosco Shipping.
S’hail had acquired the two new additions from separate shipowners in May of this year for a total price equivalent to US$20.6 million.
