Algoma to acquire Oldendorff self-unloading bulker trio
Canadian operator Algoma Central Corporation will acquire three self-unloading bulk carriers as part of its acquisition of Oldendorff Carriers’ stake in the CSL International Pool of vessels.
Algoma will acquire the handy-sized Alice Oldendorff and the Panamax-sized vessels Harmen Oldendorff and Sophie Oldendorff for an estimated US$100 million.
The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019.
