SwissMarine charters Diana Shipping duo

Diana Shipping has entered into a time-charter contract with SwissMarine Services for the Newcastlemax dry bulk vessel Los Angeles.

Built in 2012, the 206,104DWT vessel is being chartered from April 17 for nine months to a maximum of 12 months.

The contract is expected to generate US$4.88 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.

It follows an earlier time charter with SwissMarine for Capesize dry bulk vessel, Alik that started on April 4.

The charter for the 180,235DWT Aliki, which is for a minimum of 20 months to 22 months, is expected to generate US$10.8 million of gross revenue for the minimum period of the time charter.
