Seaspan orders ten 7,000TEU newbuildings

Seaspan Corporation has entered into an agreement with an undisclosed shipyard for ten 7,000TEU modern newbuild container vessels.

The scrubber-fitted vessels are scheduled for delivery to Seaspan between the second and fourth quarters of 2024.

Upon completion, the vessels will enter long-term charters with a global liner customer.
