Seaspan orders six 15,000TEU newbuilds

Seaspan Corporation has entered into agreements with an unnamed shipyard for six 15,000TEU containership newbuilds.

The vessels are anticipated to begin deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Following delivery, the vessels will enter into long-term charters with an unnamed global liner.
