Seaspan Corporation acquires two 12,000TEU ships on long-term charter
Seaspan Corporation has agreed to purchase two 12,000TEU containerships for approximately US$176 million in cash.
The company expects to take delivery of the acquired vessels in October, subject to customary closing conditions.
The vessels were both built in 2018 and will operate under long-term charters with unnamed global liners.
