Performance Shipping sells containership Rotterdam

Performance Shipping, through a separate wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to sell the 2008-built Post-Panamax containership Rotterdam.

The vessel will be sold to an unaffiliated third party for a sale price of US$18.5 million.

Delivery will take place no later than May 15, 2020.
