MSC to open container depot in North Sea Port

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) will open a new container depot at Vlaeynatie in Terneuzen, thus expanding its presence in the Netherlands’ North Sea Port area.

Within North Sea Port, MSC already operates depots at Stukwerkers in Ghent and Kloosterboer and Verbrugge in Flushing. The new support point at Vlaeynatie is expected to provide a base for serving industry and agriculture.

The new facility will be in the same area as the 3MCT container terminal, a transhipment point that is linked to other major container terminals in Antwerp and Rotterdam.
