ICL introduces new cargo route connecting Ireland to US east coast

Independent Container Line (ICL) will begin operating a new weekly service between the Port of Cork in Ireland and the US east coast.

Under the new service, ICL’s US-bound sailings from the Port of Cork will conclude at Chester, Pennsylvania, and Wilmington, North Carolina.

The service will be launched with the first westbound voyage from Cork, which is scheduled to depart on Saturday, June 6.
