Huangpu Wenchong delivers second of six 1,400TEU vessels to Containerships

Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding has delivered the second of six dual fuel 1,400TEU vessels ordered by Finland's Containerships.

Named Containerships Polar, the vessel is a sister to Containerships Nord (pictured) which was delivered in December last year.

Like its sister, the 169- by 26-metre vessel has a design speed of 19.5 knots and can run on either diesel or LNG.
