Hapag-Lloyd acquires container shipper NileDutch
Hapag-Lloyd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement where it will acquire all shares of Dutch container shipping company Nile Dutch Investments (NileDutch).
The acquisition also covers NileDutch’s operations, which includes container services to and from West Africa.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the responsible anti-trust authorities.
