CMA CGM orders 16 dual-fuel boxships

CMA CGM has placed an order for 16 new dual-fuel container vessels to be built by undisclosed shipyards.

Ten of the ships will have LNG-capable engines while the remaining six will have methanol-capable engines.

The new order will bring CMA CGM’s current orderbook to 69 vessels.
