APL to launch Japan-Malaysia-Vietnam service

APL is set to launch its Japan Malaysia Vietnam (JMV) express cargo service that the company claims will provide weekly connectivity between North Asia and Southeast Asia.

The express service will cover five Japanese main ports as well as Hong Kong, Singapore, Port Klang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Shekou and Kaohsiung in Taiwan.

The JMV service will begin sailing from Osaka on Monday, June 17.
