3,055TEU newbuild joins Wan Hai fleet

Japan Marine United (JMU) handed over a new containership to Wan Hai Lines Singapore on Friday, December 25.

The DNV GL-classed Wan Hai 325 has an LOA of 203.5 metres, a beam of 34.8 metres, a draught of 11.5 metres, a deadweight of 37,160 tonnes, and capacity for 3,055 TEUs.

One MAN B&W 7S70ME-C10.5 diesel engine delivers a speed of 21.6 knots.
