As with others in the series, the editor has used his deft and experienced hand to mix the works of "stars" of the ilk of admirals Arleigh Burke and James Stavridis with those of a wide range of other commissioned leaders and a senior enlisted man.
An excellent mix is the result. It provides a valuable reference for any serving or aspiring officer in any navy.
