Pollution monitoring boat donated to Potomac Riverkeeper Network

Washington, DC-based NGO Potomac Riverkeeper Network (PRKN) recently received a pollution monitoring boat donated by private individuals.

Named Sea Dog, the 12-metre vessel will have an onboard laboratory for conducting water quality monitoring.

Sea Dog will begin patrolling the Potomac River in April following the installation of its water quality monitoring equipment.
