Wadan Yard bags four-vessel order from Moscow

German shipbuilder Wadan Yards has received a new order for four passenger ships. A spokesman for yard, which had a close shave with bankruptcy in 2008, said that no contracts had been signed yet but revealed that the contracts would come from Moscow.

Each of the four vessels is estimated to cost about Eur 250 million (US$339.58 million) and will commence building during the northern summer.
