Richardson Devine Marine (RDM) has recently delivered the catamaran ferry 'Kilimanjaro V'.
The vessel will cruise at 29 to 30 knots powered by two Cummins QSK60 engines, producing 1,800kW at 1,900rpm, which turn Mikado propellers. A Naiad active ride control system helps smooth the vessel motion, giving further comfort to the passengers.
The mid deck aft has a kiosk and features aft window walls with opening windows supplied by Beta Marine windows. With the stretched canvas overhead awning this deck offers a light airy feel with excellent protection from the elements.
