New UK-France ferry service to begin March 31

UK: The new English high-speed passenger-vehicle service between Ramsgate and Boulogne, France will begin on March 31, Euroferries has disclosed.

There will be four return crossings per day on the 96-metre Incat 'Bonanza Express', which will be operated in partnership with Fred Olsen.

'Bonanza Express' was the first high speed vessel acquired by Fred Olsen in 1999. It is capable of carrying 800 passengers and 235 cars. The vessel can achieve a maximum speed of 48 knots unloaded.

The wave piercing catamaran measures 95.5 metres by 26 metres by 3.7 metres.
