Italy: Brescia-based Watergames has been in business over fifteen years now, primarily focusing on leisure boats and ferrys equipped for underwater viewing and tours.

The operational and production headquarters of the company have recently been moved to Bali and Jakarta, in Indonesia, although the design concepts remain distinctly Italian.

The company's first underwater viewing unit is a restaurant boat currently deployed in Le Castella di Isola Capo Rizzuto, in Calabria, Southern Italy.

The catamaran can carry up to 100 passengers, and is 14-metres long and 7.5 metres wide.

Passengers are accommodated on two decks, and in the lower passenger area along the windowed sideway corridors in the two hulls, boasting 50 seats.

The main deck is home to the reception, the bar and entertainments areas, the kitchen, the toilets and the bridge.

The third deck accommodates additional restaurant tables, but can also be utilised as a disco or other area.

Both main decks are equipped with rolling plastic windows, and the third deck incorporates sunshades and rain shelters to enable all-year-round utilisation of the vessel.

The boat has been built under the supervision of the Italian Shipping Register (RINA) and approved for passenger transport, with special dispensation for navigation within one mile off the coast.

Two 90kW EB diesel engines are coupled with two generators.
The unit underwent sea trials in Indonesia, before being disassembled and re-tested in its final intended location in Southern Italy.
