Regent Seven Seas cruise ship to be converted into floating residence

Miami-based real estate developer Crescent Heights recently launched Crescent Seas, an exclusive new brand offering luxury residences at sea.

Crescent Seas will launch with Seven Seas Navigator, a ship operated by Regent Seven Sea Cruises, in agreement with the ship's owners, which are affiliates of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

The 28,000GT ship will undergo an extensive and top-grade refurbishment valued at more than US$50 million. Three design firms are working with Crescent Seas to complete the redevelopment with each one responsible for respective features across the ships.

Seven Seas Navigator will feature 210 residences ranging from US$750,000 to US$8 million. Amenities will include butler service for all units and Starlink internet connection to allow for remote work or schooling.

Residence sales will open to the public on April 9, 2025, with a sales gallery in Miami available for prospective buyers.

Seven Seas Navigator will embark on its maiden voyage under the Crescent Seas banner in December 2026. The company also plans to announce four more luxury residence ships over the next five years.
