Miami-based luxury yachting company Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, the joint owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts, has secured financing for the construction of a second ship in a series to be developed by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri.

The order for the new vessel, which will operate under the name Four Seasons II, is worth more than €400 million (US$450 million).

The first vessel in the planned Four Seasons Yachts fleet, Four Seasons l, is also being built by Fincantieri at its Ancona facilities. It is scheduled to set sail for its inaugural year on January 25, 2026.

The second vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2027. Four Seasons Yachts expects its inaugural sailings to commence in 2028.

Like its earlier sister, Four Seasons II will boast 95 residential-style suites, a selection of restaurants, an aft deck pool, a spa, and a marina.

All of the yacht's inaugural year voyages will be in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and the Bahamas.
