Golden Energy Offshore Services announced that Peterson has exercised a further well option for the platform supply vessel Energy Paradise.
The vessel is currently operating under an existing well programme that the company stated is expected to be completed around mid-October 2026.
Commencing immediately in direct continuation, the newly exercised 100-day option represents an estimated contract value of approximately $3.4 million and secures firm employment for the vessel until approximately the end of January or early February 2027.
Peterson also retains one additional well option, which carries an estimated potential contract value of approximately $2.5 million.
Referencing a previous term contract announced on July 29 for Energy Pace, the company noted that firm contracts for both vessels represent a combined estimated contract value of approximately $10.3 million.
If all remaining options under both contracts are exercised, the total estimated value across the two vessels would increase to approximately $19.8 million.
Providing a chartering update for August 2026, the company reported that its fleet achieved an average time charter equivalent of $21,024 per day.
Fleet utilisation reached 93.7 per cent during the month, with all financial figures based on prevailing exchange rates.
