Vard Holdings has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Poland, Vard Engineering Gdańsk.
Operating under Vard Holdings' indirectly held subsidiary Vard Engineering Brevik, Vard Engineering Gdańsk will primarily operate in the offshore design and engineering sectors.
