Singapore's Triyards Holdings has announced the completion of an acquisition of two shipyards from Australian work boat builder Strategic Marine.
Announced in mid-October, the deal sees Triyards acquire Strategic's shipbuilding facilities in Vietnam and Singapore, leaving its Henderson repair base in Western Australia.
According to industry sources, the value of the deal is a little over US$20 million.
