Damen Shipyards and SeaZip Offshore Services have signed a contract for two Damen FCS 2610-series fast crew supply craft.
The two new vessels, to be named 'SeaZip 3' and 'SeaZip 4', respectively, will be mobilised in the North Sea region's offshore wind farms, where they will transfer cargo and personnel.
The new orders follow a previous delivery of two same-series vessels last year, named 'SeaZip 1' and 'SeaZip 2', respectively.
Though of the same design series, Damen implemented minor modifications to the new vessels, including better passenger accommodation and a re-designed superstructure.
Both vessels will be built at Damen's Singapore shipyard and delivered in early 2015.
