Singapore-based Otto Offshore has ordered four PSVs to be designed by Ulstein and built by Chinese shipyard Wuchang Shipbuilding.

Built to Ulstein's PX121-series of PSV, the vessels will be delivered in 2016, with an option for four additional vessels.

Certified to DNV and carrying "Clean Design" notation, the 83.4-metre x 18-metre vessels have a cargo deck of 840 square metres and a load capacity of 4,000DWT. Each ship has a maximum speed of approximately 14.5 knots and accommodates 30 people.

The vessels will be capable of supporting offshore activities carried out further from shore and in deeper waters, with the vessels able to carry flexible loads.

In addition to tanks for various contents such as oil, water, and drilling fluids, the vessels have four stainless steel tanks for flammable liquids or corrosive chemicals (LFL tanks).
