Ulstein Verft's Ulstein A122 type 'Olympic Zeus', which was delivered to shipowner Olympic Shipping on April 3, has been nominated for the 2009 Skipsrevyen "Ship of the Year" award.

'Olympic Zeus' is an environmentally friendly anchor handle and construction vessel developed for advanced operations at deep waters. The new hybrid solution allows the vessel to perform its duties with optimal fuel saving.

The idea of award is to stimulate innovation within Norwegian shipbuilding. The winner will be picked out by a jury appointed by Norway's Skipsrevyen. The winner will be announced the Nor-Shipping exhibition in Oslo, Norway, this June.
