Kleven has signed a contract with Maersk Supply Service for the construction of six anchor handling vessels.
The contract also includes options for up to four additional vessels.
The 95-metre vessels will be built to a design from naval architect Salt Ship Design at Kleven's Verft and Myklebust Verft shipyards in Norway.
The first six vessels will be delivered between the fourth quarter of 2016 and the third quarter of 2017.
If all options are exercised, the final vessel in the series will be delivered in early 2018.
