Intervention vessel ‘Sheila Bordelon’ delivered

US-based Bordelon Marine has taken delivery of the 'Sheila Bordelon', an ultra-light intervention vessel.

The vessel is 78.33 metres long, 15.8 metres wide and has a draught of 4.6 metres. Powered by twin Cummins engines, 'Sheila Bordelon' can reach a maximum speed of 14.5 knots.

Deck machinery includes a NOV 50 active heave-compensating crane with 3,000 metres of wire.

Accommodation for 60 is provided.
