Royal Boskalis Westminster has acquired the remaining 37.5 per cent equity stake in Horizon Group, a UAE-based marine survey company.
Earlier this year, Boskalis already acquired 62.5 per cent of the shares.
With the acquisition of the remaining shares, Boskalis will take over Horizon's activities in support of clients involved in engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) projects in the Arabian Gulf, the Red Sea, and the Far East.
