OOS, Sagro form decommissioning joint venture

Dutch offshore decommissioning companies OOS International and Sagro have formed a joint venture named Sagroos.

Under the joint venture agreement, OOS will execute offshore removal and "pick-up service" of steel offshore structures while Sagro will handle total dismantling, scrapping, and recycling of steel structures.

All activities will take place in Sagroos' newly built yard in the Port of Vlissingen.
