Drydocks delivers ‘L210’ self-elevating platform

Drydocks World has delivered the self-elevating platform 'L210' to Curacao-based Self Elevating Platforms.

The platform was built at the Drydocks World's specialised rig-building facility in Graha, Indonesia, at a contract value of US$24.6 million. The MSC SEA-3250 type platform is 75.9 metres long, 40 metres wide and six metres deep and operates at a water depth of 45 metres.

The vessel is classed by ABS with Maltese Cross A1 Self Elevating Unit notation. Four 87.7-metre tubular legs, each with a diameter of 3.5 metres, and a 1,000-tonne capacity offshore crane have been installed on the platform. The accommodation unit can carry up to 350 people.
