Rowan Stavanger to drill for Gudrun

Equinor has awarded Rowan Norway a contract for drilling two wells at the Gudrun oil and gas field by use of the jack-up rig Rowan Stavanger.

The rig has furthermore been awarded five options for drilling of single wells.

The contract is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2019.
