Damen Shipyards Galati has launched a new marine aggregate dredger ordered by UK-based Hanson Aggregates Marine.
The vessel, which will be named Hanson Thames, will have an LOA of 35 metres and a maximum dredging depth of 55 metres.
Hanson will use the vessel to conduct offshore aggregate extraction in the North Sea and the English Channel.
