The crab basket has been optimized in stainless round steel, with a hygienic and easy-to-clean design. It is well suited for heat-treating and pasteurisation in the fish industry.
The new crab basket is far more hygienic and cleaning-friendly in design than the existing baskets and solutions in galvanised steel on the market, as it has no level surfaces.
